We will guide you through the process of building muscle and achieving your dream physique in 10 weeks with special workouts and nutritional plan for 74 days. You will have the guidance and full support of your coach every day until the program ends.
In addition to this, you will get weekly body composition analyses to monitor your progress and help you stay motivated.

You will exercise at least 4 times a week for 10 weeks
You will work with different strength group classes 3 times a week and once a week in a small group with your personal coach. To ensure that you take the right steps, we are creating personal schedule and individual meal plan for you.
