In 10 weeks we give you all the tools you need to achieve lasting results.  All we need from you is your confidence, passion and perseverance.

You will have your own coach who is always available and who will assist you for 10 weeks.   We will do your body scan once a month in order to make sure your training program is efficient for you and the goals you want to achieve!

The coach will also sit with you for training scedule and individual nutrition plan

It’s your mind that you have to convince

The program includes:

  • training in mini groups with a coach once per week,
  • 2-3 workouts per week with different groups classes,
  • recommendation about your own lower body exercises with equipment and without (if you want to do additional workouts at home)
  • 74-day meal plan; chat with nutritionist,
  • special food app with list of groceries and a lot of recipes suitable for you.
